Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using picked.so ("Picked", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you use Picked for a company or a client, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use Picked.

2. What Picked is

Picked asks AI models the prompts you give it, records which brands and pages they name, reads AI crawler traffic you connect, and drafts articles for the prompts you lose. Picked shows you what the AI models answered on a given day. It does not control what they say.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Team seats are unlimited on every plan. Invite the people who need access. Do not share one login between people.
  • Agencies may use Picked for their clients' brands, and are responsible for having the right to track them and to publish what they create.

4. Plans and payment

  • Plans, prices, and limits on brands, prompts, AI models and articles are on the pricing page. We may change them for future billing periods, and we will tell you before a change reaches you.
  • Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. It charges you, sends the invoice and collects the tax that applies.
  • Subscriptions renew each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Your content and your data

You keep everything you put into Picked and everything we create for you: your brands, prompts, uploads, and the articles and visuals we draft. You give us permission to process it to run the service. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.

Articles are drafts. You review them, you decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what goes live on your site. Picked never publishes without your approval.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights with what you track or publish;
  • attack, overload or try to get around the limits of Picked or the services it uses;
  • scrape Picked, resell access to it as a separate product, or reverse engineer it;
  • connect an account, site or repository you are not allowed to connect;
  • use Picked to mislead people, for example to publish fabricated claims.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.

7. Third-party services

Picked works with AI models, data providers and platforms such as Cloudflare, Vercel and GitHub. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and what they return can change or be wrong. Connecting one is your choice, and you can disconnect it at any time.

8. What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep Picked available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. AI answers vary from run to run and from person to person, and we cannot guarantee any ranking, citation or mention, or any change in traffic or sales. Articles can contain mistakes; check them before you publish.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Picked and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms or if we stop offering Picked; if we stop offering it, we will refund the unused part of what you prepaid.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email the account address before it applies, and continued use after that date means you accept it.
