AirOps pricing and alternatives: what it costs, and what else to look at

AirOps doesn't publish its prices. Its pricing page lists Solo, Pro and Enterprise with what each includes, billed by tasks, and a 14-day free trial; the price comes from sales. Reviews commonly report Solo near $200 a month and Pro near $2,000. If you want AI visibility tracking and a set number of sourced articles at a price on the page, Picked is the alternative, from $89 a month.

Picked is an AI visibility tool for SEO and marketing agencies, and B2B SaaS teams. Every day it asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers the prompts your buyers ask, records which brands and pages they name, and writes the article built to become the source they quote.

AirOps pricing

How much does AirOps cost?

AirOps prices by task volume and doesn't show a number on its pricing page. Here is what the page does say, read on September 30, 2026:

  • Solo

    AI visibility (Insights)
    Custom prompt and page limits
    Content
Custom agents and task limits, unlimited brand kits
    Seats
    Unlimited

The page also says there's a 14-day free trial and that extra tasks on Solo cost $0.025 each. Reviews that list prices report Solo near $200 a month and Pro near $2,000, and SeoVision's AirOps pricing guide notes that the public figures conflict. Treat them as a starting point for the sales call, not a quote.

  1. How tracking uses tasks

AirOps' billing documentation says every tracked prompt runs daily on every AI model, region and persona you set, and each answer costs a task: platforms × regions × (1 + personas) × 30 a month. A Claude answer costs 4 tasks. So 50 prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity in one country uses 4,500 tasks a month before any content work, and on workspaces with combined billing, tracking and writing draw from the same balance.

The short answer

Which AirOps alternative should you pick?

Tracking without writing is a smoke alarm with no extinguisher.
AirOps and Picked agree on this part: both track AI answers and both write. AirOps gives you a workflow builder to write however you like, billed by the task. Picked runs one recipe for a prompt you lose, a fixed number of articles a month, and opens each as a pull request.

Content

Workflows you build vs articles written for you

This is the real choice between the two.

AirOps gives you parts: knowledge bases, brand kits, a workflow builder, grids that run a workflow across hundreds of rows, and integrations to publish. A team with someone to design the workflows can produce a lot of content, of any kind, and pay for what it runs.

Picked gives you one finished recipe, run for a prompt you lose:

  1. 1

    Research

It reads the pages the AI models cited for the prompt, Google's top results and your own site.

  2. 2

    Brief

An angle, an outline, the facts it will use and the competitors it will name. You approve it before any writing.

  3. 3

    Draft and rewrite pass

The first sentence answers the prompt in words a model can quote; a second pass rewrites lines that read like AI, and you approve each one.

  4. 4

    Fact-check

A claim with no source on your site or a public page is cut, with a note.

  5. 5

    Pull request

Opened on your site's GitHub repository for you to review and merge.

Nothing to build, a known number of articles a month, and a known bill. The full process is in how Picked writes an article.

When Picked isn't the right AirOps alternative

  1. You produce content at volume

Hundreds of pages from a spreadsheet is what AirOps' grids are for. Picked writes 10 or 25 articles a month.

  2. You write more than AI search pages

AirOps workflows handle social posts, refreshes, data extraction and anything else you can chain. Picked writes articles meant to win an AI answer.

  3. You track many countries or personas

AirOps runs each prompt per region and persona. Picked asks from the US in English.

  4. You publish to a CMS, not GitHub

AirOps connects to CMSs. Picked opens a pull request or exports the article; its WordPress connection isn't built yet.

Other options

More AirOps alternatives

  1. Profound, for enterprise teams

AI visibility across up to 9 engines plus Agents, a workflow builder with templates for new articles, refreshes and FAQs, an approval step and CMS publishing. Brands get a 7-day trial, then a custom Enterprise plan. More in Picked vs Profound.

  2. Peec AI, tracking at a set price

Starter is €85 a month for 50 prompts on 3 AI models, with unlimited users. It ranks fixes with a brief for each, and you do the writing. More in Picked vs Peec AI.

  3. Otterly.AI, the cheapest tracker

Lite is €29 a month for 15 prompts on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, with Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode as paid add-ons. Otterly pricing

  4. Writesonic, for content teams

When we asked ChatGPT for the best AirOps alternative, it named Writesonic the closest overall substitute, for combining AI visibility tracking with content creation. We haven't checked its plans for this page.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Short answers, each one checked against the product as built or the docs we link to.

AirOps doesn't publish prices. On September 30, 2026 its pricing page listed Solo, Pro and Enterprise with their task allowances and a 14-day free trial, and said extra Solo tasks cost $0.025 each. Reviews commonly report Solo near $200 a month and Pro near $2,000, but the figures conflict; ask sales.

Yes. The pricing page mentions a 14-day free trial, and Solo and Pro have a "Start for free" button. AirOps' documentation says new free-tier workspaces get one included task, so check the trial's limits before you plan a test.

Partly. Its Insights track how AI answers mention your brand, on ChatGPT only on Solo and on 7 or more engines on Pro. Most of the product is content production: workflows, knowledge bases and publishing. Picked, Peec AI and Otterly.AI are built around the tracking.

The unit AirOps bills by. A workflow step such as generating text or extracting data costs tasks, and each AI answer tracked in Insights costs one task, or four for Claude. Tracking and content draw from the same balance on workspaces with combined billing.

Picked, if you want tracking and articles: $89, $199 or $499 a month, with 10 articles on Growth and 25 on Scale. For tracking alone, Peec AI and Otterly.AI publish their prices too.
